The state of the Antarctic exploration

Since the first JARE of 1956, GSI has regularly dispatched personnel and contributed to scientific and fundamental information development on the Antarctic by conducting routine operations such as control point survey, leveling, gravity/magnetic survey, continuous GNSS (GPS) observation, topographic mapping through aerial photogrammetry. This website is to release results of geodetic survey, aerial photographs, and maps that GSI has been organizing with Antarctic exploration project. Newly organized data will be added as needed.
